Booking

Unless otherwise agreed, the following conditions apply

1:1 Coaching Programs

• You can cancel your scheduled session up to 24 hours in advance by notifying the coach via email, SMS, or phone.
• In case of a no-show or late cancellation, the full session fee will be charged.
• Session packages are valid for 365 days from the date of issuance. (5 sessions are valid for 180 days)

Subscriptions

• 3 months commitment  - after that a monthly cancellation policy.
• Any hours not used in a given month cannot be transferred to later months.

Courses and Workshops - Cancellation policy

• A course or workshop can be canceled in writing with at least 3 weeks' notice at no cost.
• If canceled between 3 weeks and 1 week before the course date, 50% of the fee will be charged.
• If canceled less than 1 week before the course/workshop, the full fee will be charged.
• If the date of a course/workshop needs to be rescheduled, it must be done at least 3 weeks in advance. The new session must take place within 6 months of the original course date. If this deadline is exceeded, it will be considered a cancellation, and the full fee will be charged.
• Requests for cancellation or rescheduling must be made in writing to the coach who booked your appointment.

General Terms

• In case of force majeure (including illness), Voice-Behavior reserves the right to cancel a workshop or individual session up until the scheduled date. If a cancellation is made by Voice-Behavior, we commit to rescheduling the course/workshop or individual session within 3 months of the cancellation.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due within 14 days from the invoice date.
• By accepting these terms, you confirm that you understand and agree to the above conditions.

Right of Withdrawal for Private Customers

• As a private customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing a course or workshop, in accordance with consumer contract law.
• The withdrawal period starts from the moment you receive confirmation of your booking.
• To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify your coach in writing via email. The withdrawal deadline is met if you send your cancellation notice before the 14-day period expires.
• If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund any payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice. The refund will be made to your bank account, with no additional fees.
• You acknowledge that you forfeit your right of withdrawal if you choose to participate in a course or workshop within the 14-day withdrawal period.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to B2B agreements. Our cancellation policy applies in such cases.
